Ryan is our Head of Engineering and the mastermind behind Noldor’s tech backbone — basically, if it runs smoothly, thank Ryan (and maybe his coffee). With a track record of scaling remote engineering teams in the wild world of insurance, he brings serious technical chops and big-picture brainpower to every line of code. He’s all about clean architecture, smart strategy, and solving complex problems without making them more complicated. Curious, calm, and low-key brilliant, Ryan keeps our systems humming and our engineers (mostly) sane.
