Ashley is our Head of Operations — aka the person who makes sure Noldor doesn’t fly off the rails while we chase big ideas. With a background spanning carriers, MGAs, and launching her own analytics company (because apparently sleep is optional), she brings serious operational muscle to the team. Fluent in insurance ops, business analytics, and AI/ML wizardry, Ashley is the rare blend of process nerd and strategic thinker. She keeps our systems humming, our people aligned, and our chaos to a minimum — all while making it look way too easy.
